I’m so glad that I chose to go with United Medtrans. They went above and beyond for my father.There ambulances are so nice I was shocked that they were so nice. I can honestly say that my father was treated as one of their own family members, Everyone was highly respectful and professional. Brenda the nurse was amazing! She took great care of him, waited on him hands and feet. Changed his diapers, administrated his medicine, fed him and made sure he was comfortable and got whatever he wanted. She played his favorite songs and movies on the ride. I was also able to speak to him during the transport. The nurse called me with updates and I was able to call her. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of long distance medical transportation.

I highly recommend United MedTrans - excellent company and fantastic service. I needed to coordinate medical transport for my elderly mother and over a very long distance. After calling 4 different companies to "research" the options it was United MedTrans and their staff that really impressed me with their knowledge and responsive customer service. They were on time for pickup and head of schedule for drop off. My mother has a variety of health issues and the team on board throughout the trip was patient, caring and responsive to all of her needs. This was a very stressful event for everyone in our family but I am so glad I went with United MedTrans - they made sure that everything went smoothly and my mom was delivered safely.

These folks did a great job transporting my mother in law and wife from New Jersey to Washington State. My mother in law is unable to fly due to medical conditions so we went ground transport. They were very courteous, professional and safety conscious. I would recommend them for long or short distance transportation.

My mother was transported from Florida to Pennsylvania. The staff was very friendly. They never made me feel like I was bothering them with any request. The nurse who was with my mom was so gentle and caring. At one point, she was singing to her, which was so sweet. My mother commented after we were at our destination how much she liked that. The drivers were very accommodating, going out of their way to get my mom a blizzard from DQ, because that's what she wanted to eat. They even paid for my meals, which was unexpected. So nice.
